Chichester District Council Supporting businesses to bring prosperity to all. Chichester District Council recognises that the wealth of the community is generated by its successful businesses. One of the key objectives of the Economic Development Service is to establish the district as a leading place for innovation and entrepreneurship. To further that, the service is working with the South Coast Design Forum to establish a network of creativity and support, including the establishment of a website and an exhibition to showcase the work of local designers.
